Based in Glenfield and working across Auckland’s North Shore, I specialise in personal training for adults over 50 who want to move better, feel stronger, and enjoy everyday life with more energy and confidence.

As a North Shore based personal trainer, I understand the physical changes that come with age, and how to work with them, not against them. Whether you’re recovering from injury, keen to improve your balance and mobility, or just want to get back into shape without being pushed too hard, I’ve got you covered.

I grew up in the ’60s, 70s, and ’80s in an area with a small army of kids all about the same age and all mad on sport with every sporting facility imaginable within walking distance or a short bike ride away. As you can imagine I had no chance health, fitness and sport are in my blood Unfortunately for me, I had to do everything the hard way. Several severe injuries, poor life choices, and illness have created more than a few challenges for me over the last 40+ years.

Fortunately, there is an upside to life’s little lessons/experiences. For me, it was an insight into my health, well-being, and fitness.
