One-on-One Personal Training
Tailored support to help you move with confidence
These sessions are all about you. We’ll work together to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, safely and at a pace that suits you. It’s a private space to build fitness, reduce injury risk, and take control of your health. Ideal for anyone returning to exercise or wanting ongoing guidance.
Great for improving everyday energy, rebuilding strength, and staying mobile as you age.

Small Group Training
Stay motivated with others your age – without the gym scene
Small group sessions (4–6 people max) give you the perfect mix of fun, social connection, and professional guidance. Every session is planned with over-50 bodies in mind, so you’re never pushed beyond your limits, just supported to move, stretch, and build confidence.
Great if you enjoy being active with others and want more structure than walking or gym classes.

- 45 minutes – $15 per person
Exercise Classes for 50+
Gentle, low-impact classes designed for flexibility, mobility, and overall wellbeing. These are perfect if you want to stay active without overdoing it. These sessions are capped at 4–6 people, minimum of 4 people

A proper starting point to track your progress
We’ll take a full look at where you’re at now, strength, flexibility, balance, blood pressure, mobility and more. It gives us a clear picture and helps you see real progress over time. Includes a personalised report and clear next steps.
